Amida Recruitment is assisting a leading infrastructure client with a Senior/Contracts Administrator or Senior/Quantity Surveyor role in Cooma, NSW. The project involves large-scale civil and MEP packages, with 12-month+ contract and accommodation provided.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10+ years in cost management for civil/infrastructure projects, strong forecasting and contract administration skills, and the ability to work with project leadership to refine scope and forecasts.

Competenze

• 5–10+ years of civil/infrastructure cost experience.
• Experience with large-scale MEP packages is ideal.
• Ability to forecast costs, analyze drawings, and define scope.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.

Mansioni

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting and rate analysis.
• Review drawings, forecasts and project documentation.
• Assist in defining, refining, and validating project scope.
• Prepare variations, progress claims and contract documentation.
• Provide financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.
• Participate in forensic cost reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners and commercial managers.
• Analyse drawings & scope to accurate forecasts.
