Job summary

Amida Limited in Cooma, NSW, is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major civil infrastructure project on a 6-month contract, ASAP start. Monday–Friday with accommodation provided.

You will focus on forecasting, rate analysis, cost breakdowns and scope definition across civil packages, collaborating with project leadership to refine scope as it evolves. Ideal candidates have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and proven

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Experience with large civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting, and rate analysis.
• Review drawings, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Define, refine, and validate project scope.
• Prepare variations, progress claims, and contract documentation.
• Provide financial and contractual advice to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and commercial managers.
• Analyse drawings and scope to produce accurate forecasts.
