Job summary

Amida Recruit AU is representing a leading cost consultancy recruiting for a Senior / Contracts Administrator or Senior / Quantity Surveyor to join their Cooma, NSW team working on large-scale MEP civil infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on forecasting, rate analysis, cost breakdowns and scope definition for major packages, with accommodation provided and a 12-month+ contract. Candidates with 5–10+ years in head contracting or consultancy preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or allied discipline.
• Experience on large civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong cost estimation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast costs and manage budgets for MEP packages.
• Review drawings and compute cost forecasts.
• Prepare variations and progress claims.
• Provide financial and contractual guidance to team.
