Amida Recruit AU is seeking a Senior/Contracts Administrator or Senior/Quantity Surveyor to join a leading cost consultancy on a major Australian civil infrastructure project. The role is based in Cooma, NSW, with accommodation provided and the option for DIDO/FIFO to Canberra.

This 12-month+ contract focuses on MEP services, cost forecasting, rate analysis, and scope definition across large packages. Ideal candidates will have 5–10+ years in cost management and contract administration within

Qualificações

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience with large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting, and rate analysis.
• Review drawings, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Define, refine, and validate project scope.
• Prepare and manage variations, progress claims, and contract documentation.
• Provide financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.
• Participate in cost reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and commercial managers.
• Analyse drawings and scope to support accurate forecasts.
