Job summary

Amida Group is seeking a Senior / Contracts Administrator or Senior / Quantity Surveyor to join our specialist cost consultancy on a major civil infrastructure project in Cooma, NSW. The 12-month+ contract offers security with a Monday–Friday pattern and accommodation provided.

Ideal candidates will have tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering Civils, with strong cost forecasting, analysis, and contract administration skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering Civil infrastructure or major project experience.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in cost management and contract administration software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting, and rate analysis.
• Review and interpret drawings, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Prepare and manage variations, progress claims, and contract documentation.
• Provide financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and commercial managers.
• Analyse drawings & scope to accurate forecasts.
