Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a $75m retail format project near Cockburn, WA. The role requires 10+ years in commercial building and experience as the commercial lead on projects over $30M, with strong main contractor background and retail project exposure.

Ideal candidates have tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Experience managing projects $30M+ as the commercial lead.
Previous main contractor experience is essential.
Experience on retail projects would be highly desirable.
10+ years experience working in commercial building.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid commercial awareness and persuasive negotiation skill.
