Job summary

The Technical and Engineering Network is seeking a Contract Administrator to take ownership of structural packages on a flagship $26m new build in Burswood. Working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers, you will drive momentum on site in Western Australia.

You will oversee trade procurement, manage concrete and structural packages, track budgets, administer contracts, and resolve RFIs with consultants.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record as a Contract Administrator on major commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of WA building standards, codes and contracts.
• Excellent budget tracking and contract administration skills.
• High-level negotiation and sub-contractor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trade procurement, scope preparation and sub-contractor lettings.
• Manage structural, concrete and formwork packages on site.
• Track project budgets, cost forecasts, variations and progress claims.
• Administer head contracts and manage sub-contractor financial accounts.
• Handle RFIs, design variations and technical queries with consultants.
