Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a $75m retail format project near Cockburn, WA. The role requires 10+ years in commercial building and experience as the commercial lead on projects over $30M, with strong main contractor background and retail project exposure.

Ideal candidates have tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills to drive commercial outcomes.

About the Company:

A commercial construction company with a national presence, they have excellent client relationships and most of their work comes from repeat clientele. In WA they specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$50M. They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.

They are currently looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for a $75m large retail format project based near Cockburn.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
