Qualifications

• Experience in consumer, shopper or cultural insights.
• Agency and client-side experience desirable.
• Confident in shaping research and presenting clear stories.
• Able to communicate insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Curious and adaptable, balancing strategic and project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to answer business questions.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations for brand teams.
• Partner with Brand, Connections and Innovation to apply insights.
• Influence brand planning, innovation pipelines and strategy.
• Build strong relationships with research agencies and internal stakeholders.
