Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Australian financial services compliance experience across trading or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of retail financial advice regulations, ASIC Market Integrity Rules, ASX/Cboe Operating Rules, and AML/CTF frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver practical, solution-oriented outcomes.

• Lead, mentor, and prioritise a three-person team across AML, market surveillance, and advice.
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries across trading, operations, and private wealth.
• Maintain oversight of compliance processes, regulatory filings, and information security standards.
• Triage and manage breach assessments, operational risk incidents, and pre-trade escalations.
• Prepare committee papers and board reports with key regulatory deadlines.
