• Extensive experience in financial services compliance or risk advisory.
• Ability to interpret complex legislation and translate into practical business advice.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and regulators.
• Experience leading regulatory change initiatives within a complex organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
• Tertiary qualification in law, compliance or related discipline is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert compliance advice to leaders across the Bank.
• Lead the Compliance Advisory team and mature the Compliance Framework.
• Drive assessment and implementation of regulatory change.
