Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the Risk and Compliance team, providing independent oversight and expert guidance on regulatory compliance. You will partner with business leaders to ensure obligations are met while advising on risks and regulatory change initiatives.

The role balances strategic framework enhancement with hands-on operational support to strengthen the Bank’s compliance culture and drive continuous improvement across the program.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in financial services compliance, regulatory advisory or risk.
• Ability to interpret complex legislation and translate into business advice.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement with senior leaders and regulators.
• Experience leading regulatory change initiatives and governance programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-quality reports.
