The role balances strategic framework enhancements with hands-on operations and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with business leaders, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement of the compliance program to foster a strong culture of compliance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial services compliance, regulatory advisory or risk.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will provide expert compliance guidance to leaders across the Bank.
• Lead the Compliance Advisory team and mature the Bank's Compliance Framework.
• Drive regulatory change initiatives and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Oversee investigations, breach assessments, and remediation activities.
• Represent the Bank with regulators and governance forums to secure outcomes.
