Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join our Risk and Compliance team in a role that supports regulatory obligations and a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.

Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, you will provide regulatory advice, manage incidents and reporting, and assist with regulatory change initiatives. This varied role partners with stakeholders to drive governance, knowledge sharing and practical compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services compliance, risk, audit or regulatory advisory.
• Ability to interpret complex legislation and provide clear, practical advice.
• Sound knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical compliance advice and guidance to the business.
• Analyse and interpret legislation, prudential standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with project and business teams to support regulatory change initiatives.
• Assist with the management of compliance incidents, investigations, remediation and reporting.
• Support the enhancement of the bank's Compliance Framework, policies and governance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to promote compliance awareness.
