Job summary

JLL in Perth, WA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a substantial commercial portfolio across CBD and regional WA. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on service delivery, ensuring optimal asset performance and client satisfaction.

Joining a collaborative team, you will manage leases, budgets, inspections, and stakeholder reporting, supported by a professional network across the JLL platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' commercial property management experience.
• Current Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager (WA).
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems (MRI highly regarded).
• Sound knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a significant commercial portfolio while being supported within a team environment.
• Deliver comprehensive property management services including inspections, maintenance programmes, and contractor management.
• Financial management: budgets, reconciliations, tenant payments, and CAPEX planning.
• Lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relations.
• Client reporting, stakeholder engagement, and chairing regular meetings.
• Driving service improvements and supporting ESG initiatives.

We're seeking a talented Property Manager to join our Property & Asset Management team in Perth, managing office properties across the CBD and regional Western Australia. • Client reporting, stakeholder engagement, and chairing regular meetings
• Driving service improvements and supporting ESG initiatives
