Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager in NSW, Australia. You will manage a clean, low-maintenance portfolio of roughly 200 commercial tenancies with strong operational support.

You'll handle lease administration, rent reviews and inspections, while building solid tenant and landlord relationships. A Real Estate License is required, and a Monday–Friday schedule offers work-life balance with opportunities for growth.

The Role
