Job summary

Perth Markets Group Limited is seeking a Property Manager to take full management responsibility for a diverse WA property portfolio in Perth. You will engage directly with tenant owners, report to the Chief Property Officer, and collaborate with the in-house facilities team to optimise portfolio performance.

The role offers autonomy across leasing, tenant management, reporting and strategic property projects, with strong executive support and flexible hours for working parents.

Qualifications

• Strong systems capabilities including Microsoft Office applications and property management systems.
• Current relevant industry qualifications and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse commercial portfolio including lease administration, renewals and rent reviews.
• Developing and managing strong professional tenant relationships.
• Managing and developing junior team members.
• Providing input and preparing reports to support executive reporting.
• Actively reviewing new tenant opportunities and curating tenant mix decisions.
• Working with senior leaders and peers on strategic property issues.
• Adept at working with a range of legal documentation.
• Contributing to organisational financial performance.
