Job summary

Based in Sydney and part of the Global Client Account Services team, this senior role delivers high-quality client service to institutional and intermediary clients across Australia and New Zealand, with end-to-end accountability for service delivery and client outcomes.

You will collaborate with Implementation, Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Operations, Product, Legal and Compliance to anticipate needs, manage risk, and lead resolution of complex client and operational matters.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client servicing, operations or account management in asset management.
• Deep understanding of Australian & New Zealand institutional and intermediary client segments.
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client outcomes for institutional and intermediary clients in Australia and New Zealand.
• Proactively identify service risks and drive timely resolution across the client lifecycle.
• Lead governance forums, due diligence reviews, and escalation discussions, providing direction and solutions.
