Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding for APAC clients from Sydney. The role is client-facing, coordinating Service Delivery, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to manage KYC, account openings and documentation while maintaining strong relationships with senior management.

You will work with Regional Head of Onboarding to implement best practices, track progress with KPIs, and ensure adherence to group onboarding policies across acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of funds industry including corporate solutions services, hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Experience with fund administration, custody or depository services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new APAC clients, focusing on fund services, corporate services and compliance.
• Coordinate Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, Compliance and Technology for launches.
• Provide regular client onboarding status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Lead regular calls and maintain project plans; track progress and KPIs.
• Support integration of acquired businesses with consistent onboarding approaches.
