Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales on the client lifecycle, act as liaison between clients and the firm, and escalate service delivery issues. The role involves building strong internal relationships, handling client requests, providing regular reporting, and supporting pre- and post-sales activities with RMs and investment stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8 years of client servicing or sales support in the financial services industry.
• Strong experience in institutional & wholesale markets, especially Australia & New Zealand.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed corporate environment.
• Proactive with discretion, sound judgement and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated central point of contact for Australia / New Zealand clients and distribution partners.
• Work closely with Sales on all aspects of client lifecycle and client relationships.
• Liaison between client and the firm.
• First point of escalation for clients and key internal teams on service delivery issues and opportunities.
• Builds strong relationships with key internal departments to guarantee clients’ needs are met.
• Handles client requests and queries.
• Provides regular reporting to clients, distributors, platforms, consultants and prospects.
• Provides effective pre- and post-sales support with RMs, Products Specialists and other investment stakeholders.
