Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Lead Analyst, Client Representation to join our IOS team in Sydney, APAC. You will triage client queries across six domains and collaborate with Manila and Noida delivery teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong relationship management and the ability to mentor regional analysts.

You will support onboarding in the APAC timezone, maintain communications with clients, and provide on-site oversight for the Sydney managed-service operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in securities operations or client-facing roles.
• Experience with onboarding and client relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve client queries across all six Securities Operations domains, escalating only genuine exceptions.
• Support client onboarding activities in the APAC timezone, coordinating readiness with delivery teams in Manila and Noida.
• Maintain day-to-day feedback channels between clients and delivery teams, ensuring issues are relayed accurately.
• Provide on-site oversight for managed-service operations in Sydney and back up SME function as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with client operational and business contacts; mentor regional analysts.
