Anton Murray Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead its Client Services Division for Australia, based in Sydney. You will be the primary contact for clients, Relationship Managers and internal teams, accountable for service delivery, governance and client outcomes across the lifecycle.

In this role you will partner with Implementation, Portfolio Management, Trading, Investment Operations, Product, Legal and Compliance to anticipate needs, manage risk and resolve complex client and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or account management within the asset management industry.
• Strong understanding of Australian & New Zealand institutional and intermediary client segments, with market practices and product structures.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders across diverse client types.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client outcomes for a portfolio of institutional and intermediary clients across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring high-quality service.
• Oversee and coordinate ongoing client servicing activities, including client reporting, data delivery, and contract amendments.
• Provide oversight of operational governance, ensuring compliance with controls, regulatory requirements and risk frameworks, and lead issue remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the client service aspects of onboarding, mandate transitions, restructurings and significant change events, coordinating with Implementation and cross-functional stakeholders.
