Bentley Recruitment is seeking a Senior Client Services Administrator for a well-respected advisory/accounting firm on Brisbane’s city fringe. You will support a team of Accountants across three offices, handle client queries, onboarding and document preparation, and liaise with regulatory bodies using AI-enabled processes.

• 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to a team of Accountants.
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing administration support to a team of Accountants across 3 offices.
• Liaising with clients and assisting with queries.
• Onboarding of new clients and updating database.
• Correspondence on behalf of Accountants.
• Preparation of documents on behalf of Accountants.
• Liaising with the ATO and ASIC as required.
• Assisting with general administration tasks and special projects.
• Utilising internal AI and automation systems.
