• Experience leading significant client portfolios and managing senior and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting and broader commercial outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who influences broader client challenges beyond campaign delivery.
• Experience coaching and developing senior client teams and future leaders.
• Strong communication skills with gravitas to influence at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across a major portfolio and act as trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute client growth strategies to deepen relationships and expand agency offerings.
• Own portfolio commercial performance including revenue, budgets, forecasting and resource planning.
• Provide strategic leadership to client challenges and connect recommendations to meaningful business outcomes.
• Champion planning and delivery excellence across the portfolio for high-quality, connected work.
• Lead and coach your team to build a high-performing culture with accountability and growth.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
