Job summary

UM Worldwide is seeking a Client Partner to lead a major portfolio from Canberra or Sydney on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role requires senior client leadership, strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at the highest levels to drive growth and strategic partnerships.

You'll own revenue, budgets, forecasting and P&L, build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, and coach a high-performing team to deliver connected, impactful marketing solutions.

• Experience leading senior client portfolios and relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Track record of owning budgets, forecasting and revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinker with ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across a major portfolio as trusted advisor and partner.
• Develop and execute client growth strategies to deepen relationships and expand offerings.
• Own the commercial performance including revenue, budgets, forecasting and resourcing.
• Provide strategic leadership to client challenges and connect recommendations to business outcomes.
• Champion planning and delivery excellence across the portfolio.
• Lead and coach the team to foster accountability and growth.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior marketing stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and position UM as a leader in communications and effectiveness.
