Gallagher in Melbourne seeks an experienced Corporate Insurance Broker to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, advising on Financial Lines products. You will maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients, handling a diverse client base from ASX-listed entities to financial institutions.

Describing insurable risk, designing bespoke insurance solutions, and negotiating the best deals in the global market are key aspects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar client-facing insurance broking role.
• Strong account management experience with corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients and advise on Financial Lines products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Handle full suite of Financial Lines offerings for diverse clients, including ASX-listed and financial institutions.
• Describe insurable risk, design bespoke insurance solutions, and negotiate optimal terms.
• Foster relationships with underwriting partners and manage budgets and debtors.
• Mentor junior team members and build a long-term pipeline for new business.
