Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow a corporate client portfolio focused on Financial Lines products. You will advise on insurable risks, design bespoke solutions, and negotiate with underwriting partners to secure optimal outcomes for a diverse client base, from ASX-listed entities to financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the insurance industry (particularly Financial Lines).
• Strong account management experience gained within corporate broking.
• Pro‑active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Driven and professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, advising on a range of Financial Lines products
• Maintaining and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
• Opportunity to handle the full suite of financial lines products, to a diverse client base from ASX listed to financial institutions clientele
• Describing insurable risk, designing bespoke insurance solutions and negotiating the best deal in the global insurance market
• Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners
• Managing and maintenance of budget, business plan and debtors
• Active mentoring of team members
• Building a long-term pipeline to support New Business growth
• Promoting the Gallagher brand within the local business community
