Job summary

The Grove Academy delivers fun, milestone-aligned learning experiences in a warm, safe environment. Staff build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues, ensuring documentation of learning is accessible to families and meets regulatory requirements.

Guided by the Grove Theory framework, educators foster curiosity, play-based learning, and social-emotional development across Sydney centres, including the Oatley campus. A collaborative culture supports wellbeing and growth.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in child care or early childhood or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in child care, preschool teaching or a comparable educational environment. Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate educational programs for young children.
• Experience observing, documenting and evaluating children's learning and developmental progress.
