Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven experience mentoring and guiding educators.
• Deep understanding of EYLF, NQS, and curriculum development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for inspiring learning and innovation.
• Knowledge of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting.
• Foundations of Child Safety training completed (or willing to complete).

Responsabilités

• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum across the centre.
• Mentor and support educators to deliver outstanding practices.
• Guide the team in meeting EYLF and NQS standards.
• Collaborate with educators to create meaningful and inspiring learning experiences.
• Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all children is prioritized.
• Actively supervise children and maintain awareness of risks in the environment.
• Report any concerns or incidents per service policies.
