The Grove Academy in Aberglasslyn is seeking an Educator to create a fun, enriching and safe environment where children thrive. You will work with a passionate team to implement exciting programs that spark curiosity and learning.

You’ll bring Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, strong knowledge of EYLF/NQS, and a commitment to child safety. A WWCC is required and support for ongoing professional growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to quality care and fostering children's learning.
• Foundations of Child Safety training completed or willing to complete.
• Successful applicants must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, milestone-aligned learning experiences for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
• Observe and document children's progress to support learning.
• Contribute to a collaborative and joyful team culture.
