Job summary

Royal Automobile Club WA is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change activity within a complex program from our West Perth base. You will own planning, development and delivery of change for a portfolio, guiding stakeholders and coordinating across streams to ensure readiness and adoption, while shaping the program’s change approach.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering change within complex programs.
• Ability to operate autonomously, set structure and priorities, and own delivery with program alignment.
• Strong strategic thinking, linking change activity to business objectives and interdependencies.
• Practical expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Adaptable, flexible approach to ambiguity and shifting priorities across portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including advising senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning, development and delivery of change activity for an assigned portfolio or workstream.
• Develop change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across streams to understand interdependencies and coordinate change impacts.
• Advise senior stakeholders, challenge approaches and escalate risks.
• Create and deliver communications tailored to different audiences.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify training and interventions.
• Support leaders to embed new ways of working and address readiness gaps.
• Deliver change outputs meeting program and executive requirements, tracking progress against success measures.
