Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change activities within a complex program from our West Perth base. You will own change delivery for a portfolio, align strategies with program objectives, and partner with delivery teams and leaders to ensure readiness and adoption.

You will coach peers, manage interdependencies, and tailor communications to diverse audiences while contributing to change capability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering change within complex programs.
• Ability to operate autonomously, establish structure and priorities, and deliver with program alignment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including senior leaders.
• Experience coaching and building change capability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning, development and delivery of change activity for an assigned portfolio within a complex program.
• Develop change management strategies aligned with program objectives and business outcomes.
• Collaborate across program streams to understand interdependencies and coordinate change impacts.
• Advise senior stakeholders and escalate risks affecting readiness or adoption.
• Create and deliver communications and engagement activities for diverse audiences.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify training and interventions required.
• Embed new ways of working with business leaders and delivery teams.
• Support change capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
