Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a Senior Change Manager to guide large-scale change within a complex program from our West Perth office. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, applying change management methodology to a portfolio of work and ensuring alignment with the broader program plan.

You will work with a team of Change Managers to establish the change approach and manage interdependencies while advising senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering change within complex programs.
• Ability to autonomously establish structure, priorities and deliver while keeping program alignment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience coaching and building change capability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of planning, development and delivery of change activity for an assigned portfolio or workstream within a complex program.
• Developing change management strategies and plans aligned with broader program objectives.
• Collaborating across program streams to understand interdependencies and manage priorities.
• Advising senior stakeholders, challenging approaches and escalating risks affecting readiness or adoption.
• Creating and delivering communications and engagement activities tailored to different audiences.
• Conducting impact and readiness assessments to identify training and communications needs.
• Working with business leaders to address readiness gaps and embed new ways of working.
• Supporting change capability through coaching, knowledge sharing and collaboration with other Change Managers and project teams.
• Delivering change management outputs that meet program and executive requirements.
