Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Change Manager in Australia to lead the end-to-end Change Management process across managed services.

You will collaborate with customers, service delivery managers and technical teams to ensure governance, risk assessments, approvals and successful implementations. Ideal candidates will have ITIL-aligned experience, CAB facilitation skills and strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Change Management within an ITIL-aligned service management environment.
• Experience facilitating CABs or governance forums, with assessment of risk and readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical, operational and customer-facing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and services in a managed/shared/enterprise IT setting.
• NV1 security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Change Management across Managed Services customers, ensuring proper assessment and governance.
• Review and coordinate change requests, risk/impact assessments, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with technical teams on scope, dependencies, scheduling and documentation.
• Facilitate CABs and internal review forums, including agenda and outcomes communication.
• Maintain Forward Schedule of Change and ensure CI updates and documentation are current.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and stakeholders on Change Management governance and approvals.
• Drive continuous improvement of Change Management practices, CAB effectiveness and process consistency.
