Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Change Manager in Australia to lead the end-to-end Change Management process across a managed services environment. You will govern governance requirements, coordinate with delivery teams, and facilitate CABs to ensure controlled and timely changes.

NV1 Security Clearance is required, and you will report into the Service Management function, with hybrid working and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Change Management within an ITIL-aligned service environment.
• Ability to assess risk, impact, readiness and approval requirements.
• Experience facilitating CABs or governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Change Management across Managed Services customers.
• Review change requests with risk and impact assessments, approvals and readiness.
• Coordinate with technical teams on scope, dependencies and scheduling.
• Facilitate CABs and internal review forums, document outcomes.
• Maintain Forward Schedule of Change and update CI records.
