Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Change Manager in Australia to lead end-to-end Change Management across our Managed Services customers. You will coordinate requests, assess risk, schedule changes, and liaise with technical teams to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires ITIL Foundation certification and NV1 Security Clearance, with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Change Management within an ITIL-aligned service management environment.
• Ability to facilitate CABs or similar governance forums and assess risk, impact and readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and customer-facing teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and services in a managed services environment.
• Experience using ITSM platforms and documentation; ITIL Foundation certification required.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Change Management across Managed Services customers per governance requirements.
• Review and coordinate change requests, risk/impact assessments, and implementation plans.
• Work with technical teams on scope, scheduling and implementation approach and maintain records.
• Facilitate CABs and internal reviews, prepare agendas, engage stakeholders, and communicate outcomes.
• Maintain Forward Schedule of Change and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Act as primary contact for customers and teams, guiding on governance and approvals.
• Communicate risks, schedules and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences; drive improvements.
