RACWA is seeking a Senior Change Manager to guide people through complex change within a dynamic program in our West Perth office, with hybrid work options. You will own planning and delivery of change activity for an assigned portfolio, develop strategies, coordinate interdependencies, advise senior stakeholders, and help embed new ways of working across the organisation.

• Substantial experience delivering change within complex programs.
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver while maintaining program alignment.
• Strong strategic thinking linking activity to business objectives.
• Experience coaching others and sharing knowledge to build capability.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, development and delivery of change activity for an assigned portfolio.
