Job summary

Housing Australia is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change management for a major project. You will validate CIA, develop CMP, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder readiness, training and adoption within a hybrid work model.

The role requires 5+ years in change management for large-scale transformations, with strong governance, workshops and cross-team communication experience. Six-month fixed term with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Five years+ of change management leadership on large-scale technology uplift or digital transformation projects.
• Experience applying change management frameworks and governance practices.
• Certification in Prosci or equivalent is preferred or demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide change programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and governance of change management activities aligned to project milestones.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption activities.
• Validate and refine CIA; develop CMP; test assumptions with stakeholders and update artefacts.
• Assess and document inherent risks, propose mitigations and evaluate residual risk after implementation.
• Prepare and present regular change and RAID reporting to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Apply CMF to ensure alignment with project objectives and governance requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with internal teams and lenders to validate impacts and readiness.
• Support implementation, pilots, deployment and transition to business-as-usual, including post-go-live support.
• Monitor change adoption and readiness, suggesting corrective actions as needed.
