Job summary

Babylon Data Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Change Manager to support a major cyber security uplift for Services Australia. The role focuses on establishing vulnerability management capability and embedding the Cyber Security Division operating model, with a Canberra-based start and onsite work for the first six weeks.

You will engage across business, technical and executive stakeholders, translating complex cyber initiatives into actionable business impacts, and delivering change strategies, readiness

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex change programs in highly regulated environments.
• Experience managing large-scale government ICT change programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate at an EL1-equivalent level and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational change management activities across complex cyber security initiatives.
• Develop change strategies, plans, frameworks and supporting artefacts.
• Conduct stakeholder impact, readiness, risk and dependency assessments.
• Translate complex cyber security initiatives into clear business impacts.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and change-readiness activities.
• Facilitate workshops, consultations, impact assessments and readiness sessions.
• Support adoption of new roles, governance arrangements and operating processes.
• Identify resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple cyber security workstreams.
• Support implementation of the division operating model, roadmap and implementation plan.
• Develop measures for readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Prepare executive reports and change communications.
• Coach and mentor APS personnel and support capability development.
• Capture methodologies and lessons learned for knowledge transfer.
