Job summary

Peoplebank in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the organisational change strategy for a major enterprise transformation program, including rollout of new systems and processes across a large, diverse stakeholder base.

You will partner with project leaders and executives to drive adoption, readiness and benefits realisation, ensuring effective change governance, communications and training across the business. This contract runs through August 2027.

Qualifications

• Senior change professional with a proven track record delivering complex transformation programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformations in large organisations.
• Background in education, workforce management, HR, ERP or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong ability to develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and roadmaps.
• Expertise in change impact and readiness assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience establishing governance, reporting and benefits realisation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategy aligned to program milestones.
• Provide strategic advice to executives, governance bodies and project teams.
• Establish change governance, reporting and assurance frameworks.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to build commitment and sponsorship.
• Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness activities.
• Monitor adoption and readiness, mitigating risks with effective interventions.
• Drive benefits realisation and sustainable behavioural change outcomes.
• Oversee communications, training and enablement initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports and governance papers.
