Job summary

Leaders is seeking a senior Change Management Leader to drive organisational readiness for technology migrations, including SCADA upgrades, automation, and AI-enabled transformation. You will manage stakeholder engagement, training, and workforce readiness while addressing human-factor risks to enable safe adoption.

You will establish sustainable BAU training and competency frameworks, translate technical change into practical workforce actions, and collaborate with leaders to ensure effective

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated change, communications, training and business readiness for operational tech upgrades.
• Assess organisational impacts, readiness risks and transition requirements with senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships across operations, safety, workforce and delivery teams.
• Assess role, workload, human-factor, wellbeing and psychological safety impacts and controls.
• Develop role-based training, competency frameworks, simulations and adoption measures.
• Certification in a recognised change management methodology; Prosci desirable.

About the Role:

Drive stakeholder engagement, change communications, technical training and workforce readiness while addressing human-factor risks. Skills and Experience:

• Assessed organisational impacts, readiness risks and transition requirements, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Built trusted relationships across operational, technical, safety, workforce and delivery teams.
• Assessed role, workload, human-factor, wellbeing and psychological safety impacts, implementing appropriate controls.
• Has developed role-based training, competency frameworks, simulations and adoption measures, establishing sustainable BAU training, governance and continuous improvement models.
• Certification in a recognised change management methodology. Prosci certification is highly desirable.
• Human factors, learning, safety or psychosocial risk qualifications are desirable.
