Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people, communication, training and adoption activities for the rollout of our new Workforce Management system across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with the Transformation Project Team and operational leaders to ensure the dispersed workforce is informed, prepared and supported at every stage from readiness through Go Live and post-implementation adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, business transformation or system implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing change, training and readiness plans.
• Ability to engage operational and dispersed workforces.
• Translate complex change into clear, practical actions.

About the Role

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people, communication, training and adoption activities for the implementation of our new Workforce Management system.

Working closely with the Transformation Project Team and operational leaders, you will ensure our geographically dispersed workforce is informed, prepared and supported throughout each stage of the rollout.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver the change management, communication and engagement strategy
• Assess change impacts, readiness and adoption risks
• Engage leaders, frontline employees and key stakeholders
• Coordinate practical training, eLearning and user resources
• Support rollout readiness, Go Live and post-implementation adoption

About You

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in change management, business transformation or system implementation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience developing change, training and readiness plans
• Confidence engaging operational and geographically dispersed workforces
• The ability to translate complex change into clear, practical actions
• A collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused approach

Experience with Workforce Management, Time & Attendance or scheduling systems-and SCORM-based eLearning design-will be highly regarded.
