Job summary

Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to establish and embed the change management foundation for a major insurance and technology transformation program in Australia. This senior, hands-on role provides real ownership across strategy, delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within insurance is mandatory.
• Strong experience leading Organisational Change Management within complex transformation programs.
• Strong capability across stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, engagement and readiness.
• Experience establishing change frameworks, governance and supporting tools from the ground up.
• Proven ability to adapt global change methodologies to regional environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and influencing skills across executive and operational audiences.
• Strong understanding of the Australian insurance sector and transformation landscape.

Responsibilities

• Establish Change management framework and approach.
• Ensure people, stakeholder, adoption and readiness considerations are embedded into program planning from inception.
• Develop stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, engagement plans, communications and readiness activities.
• Lead stakeholder identification and engagement across business and technology teams.
• Establish change governance, tools, templates and supporting artefacts.
• Assess organisational readiness and identify risks to adoption.
• Tailor global or enterprise change methodologies to the Australian business, regulatory and cultural environment.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to build alignment and support key transformation outcomes.
• Build internal change capability to support long-term ownership and sustainability.
