Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Change Manager to drive multi-year transformation within an insurance/financial services environment. You will lead change impact assessments, readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk uplift initiatives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years dedicated to Change Management, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Experience with change impact assessments, readiness planning, and governance activities.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships across all business levels and with executives.
• Certifications such as APMG Practitioner or Prosci are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support change impact assessments and readiness planning.
• Assist with the development of change communications.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives.
• Support risk management and governance implementation.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement registers and change awareness resources.
• Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.
• Ensure project documentation meets organisational standards.
