Job summary

CBUS Super is hiring a Senior Change Analyst to join the Change Enablement team in Melbourne. You will support CBUS’s Cyber Security uplift program, translating complex change into actionable tasks, and independently managing change activities for multiple workstreams through go-live and embedment.

You will develop strategies, prepare executive-ready artefacts, and drive adoption, readiness and reporting across stakeholders while partnering with Change Leads and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Change Analyst or Organisational Change role on complex enterprise programs in Superannuation or Financial Services.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience producing executive-ready reports and artefacts.
• Strong analytical capabilities across change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of defined workstreams, manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes with limited supervision.
• Experience in cyber security, technology or operational resilience projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies, plans, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and adoption interventions.
• Create targeted communications, presentations, briefing packs and governance materials for varied stakeholder groups.
• Lead day-to-day change activities for workstreams, including readiness, transition, go-live, hyper care and embedment.
• Build proactive relationships with leaders, subject matter experts and project teams, and facilitate workshops and engagement activities.
• Track change risks, dependencies, readiness, adoption metrics and business outcomes, providing clear reporting and corrective recommendations.
