Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the mobilisation and delivery of its AI program. You will help prepare, adopt and embed new technologies and ways of working across CSIRO, partnering with program managers, senior leaders and delivery partners.

You will assess organisational impacts, engage stakeholders, and coordinate communications, readiness and learning activities. The role requires experience in large, complex organisations and a strong foundation in PROSCI

Qualifications

Extensive change management experience in a large, complex organisation.
Proven ability to plan and deliver enterprise-wide change programs.
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, preferable AI or analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement organisational change management plans for enterprise initiatives.
Assess and communicate people and organisational impacts of change.
Collaborate with AI Program Manager, digital portfolio teams and leaders to plan and deliver change activities.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure voice of impacted teams is reflected in design and delivery.
Identify dependencies and sequence engagement and readiness activities across programs.
