Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support mobilising and delivering the Data Modernisation Program. You will help our people and leaders prepare for, adopt and embed new data capabilities and ways of working across CSIRO.

You will partner with AI Program Manager, Chief Digital Officer and business owners to plan, deliver change activities, ensuring voice of impacted teams informs program planning and solution design across the Digital Portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in large, complex digital transformation programs.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver engagement, readiness and learning activities.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders, project teams and end users.
• Proven communications skills to inform and influence across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise change management plans including engagement and readiness activities.
• Assess impacts of change on people and organisation within AI and Digital Portfolio.
• Collaborate with program managers and senior leaders to plan and deliver change actions.
• Build stakeholder networks and ensure voice of teams informs design and deployment.
• Identify dependencies and sequence engagement and readiness activities.
• Support project teams to deliver change within agreed timeframes and governance.
