Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives for the Data Modernisation Program. You will prepare people and leaders for new data capabilities, ensuring adoption and embedding across CSIRO.

You will collaborate with the AI Program Manager, Chief Digital Officer and senior leaders to align change activities with program goals, delivering measurable outcomes and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in large organisations.
• Experience with digital transformation programs.
• Accreditation in change management (e.g. PROSCI) is highly regarded.
• Strong written and oral communications for diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence across senior stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide change management plans, including engagement, communication, readiness and development activities.
• Assess people and organisational impacts of change across CSIRO programs.
• Partner with program managers and leaders to plan and deliver change activities.
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure voice of impacted teams informs design and implementation.
• Coordinate sequencing of engagement and readiness activities across portfolios.
• Support delivery teams to meet timelines and governance requirements.
