Job summary

CSIRO seeks a Senior Change Management Specialist to support mobilisation and delivery of our AI program, helping people and leaders prepare for, adopt and embed new technologies and working practices.

You will work with the AI Program Manager, Digital Portfolio teams and senior leaders to establish a fit-for-purpose change management approach across a complex program, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and learning activities.

Qualifications

• As successful candidate, you will bring extensive change management experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organisational change management plans for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Assess people and organisational impacts of change across AI and Digital Portfolio initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to plan and deliver change activities.
• Build stakeholder relationships to represent voices in design and implementation.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate engagement and readiness activities.
