Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the mobilisation and delivery of the Data Modernisation Program, helping our people and leaders prepare for, adopt and embed new data capabilities and ways of working. The Data Modernisation Program transforms how data is governed, managed, accessed and used across CSIRO.

You will establish a fit-for-purpose change management approach, assess impacts and deliver coordinated engagement, communication, readiness and learning

Qualifications

• Extensive change management experience in large-scale digital programs.
• ProSCI certification and change-management method knowledge.
• Strong written and oral communication to influence staff at all levels.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and coordinate learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop change management plans for enterprise initiatives.
• Assess people and organisational impacts of AI and Digital Portfolio.
• Partner with AI Program Manager and leaders to plan activities.
• Build stakeholder relationships to represent voices in design and implementation.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate engagement sequencing.
• Support teams to deliver activities within timelines and report progress.
